Title : Territory Business Manager
Location : Nizamabad HQ
Main Purpose of the Role :
To drive business growth by identifying and developing new market opportunities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other market intelligence data to identify business development opportunities.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to evaluate potential business partners, new products, and services.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely reports, presentations, and business documents to support strategic and operational decision-making by senior management.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and business partners, ensuring all information shared is precise and suitable for external distribution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting products effectively to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, chemists, and distributors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements during all field Bachelors degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) or Science (B. Sc) Mandatory
- Masters degree in Pharmacy or Science 4 to 6 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical Strong analytical and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Sound understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics
