Customer Service || International Voice

Requirements :

• 1 to 5 years of experience in an international voice process (BPO / KPO preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call center technology.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
