Role & responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and queries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Should be flexible working in rotational night shifts.
Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven experience in international customer support.Ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Candidates with a BE, BTech, BSc, or PG degree will not be eligible to apply.Skills Required
