Senior Business Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering project results and ensuring the successful implementation of business solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to analyze demands, evaluate solutions, and lead project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create project rationales and conduct scoping assessments to determine project feasibility
• Identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive requirement specifications that determine cost, time, and resource estimates for solution deployment
• Liaise with the service development team to propose high-level functional solutions and support project estimate development and financial modeling
• Evaluate relevant stakeholder involvement in new service specification and major upgrades to existing services
• Ensure user experience is considered when designing and deploying new solutions and services
• Maintain consistency and traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing and validation
• Support validation and testing (OQ, PQ, UAT)
• Verify implemented solutions align with specifications and are fit for purpose
• Collaborate with business and process architecture teams to understand 'as-is' processes and define 'to-be' processes
• Provide support for super user training
• Stay up-to-date with internal IT systems and documentation requirements, standards
• Stay informed about industry best practices in leveraging technologies for the business and regulatory environments / requirements if applicable
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies and procedures
