About the Role

Spearhead the complete talent acquisition process — from job identification to sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Take ownership of teacher recruitment, with a strong focus on IB and IGCSE curriculum educators.

Actively source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct headhunting.

Build strong professional networks and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Partner with academic and functional heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Management.

Extensive experience in recruiting for reputed schools (directly or indirectly), with strong exposure to IB and IGCSE curriculum hiring.

Proven ability to headhunt and connect with top talent.

Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and expand networks.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
