The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent. Key responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate experience from application through onboarding. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and attracting diverse talent, while maintaining SwipeLabs' high standards for culture and skills alignment.QualificationsExperience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiringStrong understanding of recruitment strategies and candidate pipeline managementStrong understanding of recruiting for startupsExcellent understanding of human / work psychologyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environmentExperience in creative industry recruitment is a plusAbility to identify A players (top 0.1% of talent)
