About the Role : We are seeking a result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for our fast-paced sales teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding high volumes of sales professionals, especially for field and tele-sales roles.Key Responsibilities : Bulk Hiring & Sourcing : Manage high-volume recruitment for front-line sales roles across multiple locationsUse job portals, referrals, social media, and field sourcing for talent acquisitionTelecalling & Screening : Conduct 80–100 calls daily to screen candidates for job fit and availabilitySchedule interviews and follow up for turnouts and closuresCoordination & Closure : Coordinate interviews with internal hiring teamsEnsure timely offer rollout and joining formalitiesReporting & Documentation : Maintain daily recruitment tracker and update progress reportsHandle basic HR documentation and pre-joining complianceRequirements : 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales & trainerStrong communication and telecalling skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.Interested :
