Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in New Delhi. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additionally, the candidate will work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and foster a positive company reputation.

• Interviewing and Hiring skills
• Employer Branding skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams
• Previous experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• IT Hiring experience is a must
