We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Executive Talent Acquisition with 4-7 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, strong IT domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure alignment with technical and cultural requirements.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate data and reports in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source of hire) and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support workforce planning and talent strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and market insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within target-driven environments.Strong understanding of IT concepts, skills, and emerging technology trends.Stable employment history with consistent delivery of hiring targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Hands-on experience using internet-based recruiting tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS systems.Strong internet sourcing skills, with the ability to attract passive talent.Ability to multitask and manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to take ownership and accountability for hiring outcomesExposure to bulk hiring as well as niche IT roles.Ability to manage and mentor junior recruiters.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Knowledge of recruitment analytics and metrics-driven hiring.(ref : iimjobs.com)
