This role is responsible for driving business development, sales, and marketing operations while achieving top and bottom-line targets. The candidate will provide strategic inputs to the organization, develop new business opportunities, oversee team performance, and work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to execute growth strategies.

- Provide strategic direction to manage and enhance organizational business.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in existing and new segments.
- Analyze team productivity and sales pipelines to surpass targets.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of products and solutions while addressing customer issues.
- Develop solutions for existing business challenges.
Strategy & Planning :
Identify new opportunities and formulate strategies to convert them into business.Create and execute business plans with defined strategies.Conduct area-specific market research and market intelligence to face competition effectively.Go-to-Market & Brand Development :
Protect and grow the company brand through quality products, solutions, and services.Support PR and marketing activities to enhance market visibility.Talent Management :
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members for improved results.Encourage solution-centric approaches within the team.Educational Qualifications :
B.Sc / M.Sc; MBA preferredExperience :
6–10 years of experience in Direct / Industrial Sales Marketing (B2B / B2I)Industry preference : Aroma Chemicals, Essential Oils, Fragrances, and FlavoursSkills Required
