Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist the team in developing media plans and managing the vendor partners.
- Assist in processing sales orders and maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and follow up with leads.
- Maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Support sales initiatives by coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
- Help preparing future sales plans and performance reports for the management to review.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
