Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on client status and project progress.
- Assist in the development and execution of client service strategies to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Skills and Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in client servicing or customer support roles.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.Skills Required
