NeoFinity - Client Services Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing queries and ensuring data accuracy.
• Regularly connect with clients to understand their needs and recommend relevant firm services such as digital tools, online access, and cash management solutions.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients by collecting and verifying necessary documents and information.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting materials to support advisors.
• Coordinate with internal teams and share resources to enhance client servicing.
• Stay updated through ongoing training on company policies, processes, and industry trends.
• Support in executing client orders and managing day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, travel coordination, and expense Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-4 years of experience in client servicing, financial operations, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset.
