Role Overview

As a Client Servicing Manager , you&aposll be the heartbeat between brands, creators, and internal teams. Your role will be pivotal in delivering seamless, high-quality collaborations that reflect Rare Club's exclusive positioning and commitment to elevated experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Account Leadership : Serve as the dedicated contact for brand partners—understanding goals, managing expectations, and ensuring campaign alignment.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution : Translate client briefs into actionable experiential campaigns (e.g., travel trips, hospitality, fashion activations).
  • Cross-team Coordination : Facilitate collaboration across creative, operations, and creator relations teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Creator Onboarding & Management : Help identify, onboard, and manage creators—ensuring their deliverables align with brand standards.
  • Experience Delivery : Oversee logistics for exclusive experiences (travel, events, hospitality), ensuring high-touch, memorable execution.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track campaign outcomes, present performance reports, insights, and optimization suggestions.
  • Client Relationship Building : Nurture long-term partnerships; spot upsell opportunities (e.g., adding hospitality or lifestyle activations).
  • Quality & Brand Safety : Ensure all collaborations reflect Rare Club's premium positioning and maintain creative integrity.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, especially in influencer marketing, experiential campaigns, or premium events.
  • Proven project management skills; ability to deliver multi-faceted campaigns under tight deadlines.
  • A strong network or experience in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or creator economy is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills - comfortable engaging with both high-profile creators and brand partners.
  • High attention to detail, solution-oriented attitude, and an appetite for iterative learning.
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel as needed (for experience activations).
