At Independent Online Coach (IOC), we help fitness and health coaches grow their businesses using high-converting marketing and sales systems.

In the last two years, we’ve helped 100+ coaches build thriving online businesses, and we’re just getting started.

Now, we’re expanding our sales team to bring in hungry, high-performing individuals ready to dominate the game.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Representative who will begin as an Appointment Setter and grow into a High-Ticket Closer.

Your job?

Generate leads, start meaningful conversations, qualify prospects, and close deals for our Done-For-You Marketing Program.

This is a full-time, remote sales role, performance-driven, fast-paced, and packed with growth opportunities.

That said, here’s what we’re looking for :

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or lead generation (preferably in the online space).
  • Excellent English communication (written + spoken).
  • Comfortable doing outreach on Instagram, LinkedIn & DMs.
  • Experience managing CRMs and tracking systems.
  • Prior exposure to high-ticket offers (₹50K–₹3L) is a plus.

What’s in it for You

Base Salary : ₹20,000 / month (based on performance)

Commissions :

  • Setter (Initial Phase) : 2% on outbound sales (₹2,000 on ₹1L sale)
  • Closer (Post-Training Phase) : 10% on inbound sales
  • Expected Earnings : ₹1,00,000–₹3,00,000+ per month (Base + Commissions)
