Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is crucial in helping us build relationships with potential clients by scheduling appointments with key decision-makers in the US and Indian markets. As an Appointment Setter you will play a pivotal role in driving our business development efforts ensuring a steady flow of leads for our sales team.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reach out to potential clients via phone email and other communication platforms.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with decision-makers in the B2B B2C and B2B SaaS markets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of ROI Boosters to prospects.
  • Gather and organize data from multiple platforms (LinkedIn CRM systems databases etc.) to identify and engage high-potential leads.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls emails and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads to ensure they are well-informed and interested in the companys offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting processes.

Requirements

Qualifications :

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Experience in the B2B B2C and B2B SaaS markets strong understanding of how these sectors operate.
  • Proficient in data gathering from various platforms such as LinkedIn Google CRM tools and databases to identify and track potential clients.
  • Proven experience in appointment setting lead generation or sales development ideally within the US or Indian markets.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and CRM systems (experience with platforms like HubSpot Salesforce etc. is a plus).
  • Self-motivated results-oriented and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
