Role Description

This is a remote role for an Appointment Setter (Sales Development Representative). The role involves setting and scheduling appointments with prospective clients, generating leads, and maintaining effective communication with potential customers. Additional day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries and providing a high level of customer service. The position requires strong organizational and outreach skills to support client engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Proficient in Lead Generation strategies and practices
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Customer Service with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently and manage remote work responsibilities effectively
  • Proactive approach to building relationships and generating business opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and client interactions
  • Prior experience in sales or lead development is a plus
  • Strong written English
