Role Objective : -

To drive project-based sales of sanitary ware and bath fitting products by engaging with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants, ensuring product specification, site conversion, and project closures across assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Identify and develop business opportunities through builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure product specification and approvals in residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Drive project mapping from lead stage to closure including BOQ study, pricing, negotiation, and post-sales coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in real estate, construction, and infrastructure sectors.
• Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, and product) to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
• Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects in the region.
• Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demos as required.
• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly project sales targets.
