deliver to customers across the world. We make cooking easy, quick, and delicious,

one customer success manager, who is passionate to serve the customers and hungry to
grow in the career very fast and ready to learn a lot for that growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential B2B leads through online research, existing databases, and references.
- Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to introduce products and offers.
- Pitch slow-moving inventory items effectively to drive sales and clear stock.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes and market feedback.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (spoken and written).Proven experience in cold calling, tele sales, or B2B lead generation (FMCG / Food / Distribution background preferred).Goal-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines and daily targets.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets).Positive attitude towards Learning
