Role Overview :
We are seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, manage client interactions, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms. This is a 6 - month contract role , with the potential to transition to a full-time position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Call and pitch sales to potential clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and recycling sectors.
- Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads to drive conversions.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and relevant conferences.
- Provide weekly progress reports on leads, sales, and marketing activities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand machine specifications and translate them into client-focused solutions.
Requirements :
Proficiency in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).Solid understanding of the full sales process – from prospecting to closing deals.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to create and manage engaging social media content.Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.Prior experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or B2B sales preferred.What We Offer :
