Sales Officer - AAC Blocks Sales & Marketing
NCL Buildtek is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell our AAC Blocks products. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence by engaging with various stakeholders, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong client relationships within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell AAC Blocks products within communities of Dealers, Distributors, Architects, Builders, and other interested parties.
- Manage both primary and secondary sales effectively to ensure broad market reach.
- Implement all promotional activities to enhance product visibility and drive demand.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Create and maintain healthy relations with new and existing project partners, encouraging them to recommend our products to their clients.
- Finalize orders by providing an excellent sales experience to clients.
- Learn and resolve client queries , ensuring they understand all technical and non-technical aspects of their projects.
- Cover the assigned areas / territory thoroughly and identify new projects for business development.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and strong selling abilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
experience in any building material manufacturing industry.Qualification : MBA in Marketing or any Graduate degree.Result-oriented on a daily and monthly basis.Presentable and fluent in English and the local language.Experience in handling primary and secondary sales is essential.Proactive approach and self-driven.Strong market knowledge of the particular zone.Perks and Benefits :
