Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Executives to join our team in Pune. The role involves handling customer queries across multiple channels, ensuring smooth order support, and delivering excellent after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, exchanges, and returns.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth service.
Work towards achieving customer experience KPIs.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
Previous experience in customer service or BPO preferred, but freshers are welcome.
Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable with rotational shifts if required.
Must be based in Pune.
