Role Responsibilities :
- Drive LAP business through assigned bank branches
- Train and support branch staff on LAP product and sales process
- Ensure compliance, documentation, and credit integrity in sourcing
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities and maintain weighted rates and fees
Job Requirements :
Graduate with minimum 50%; MBA / PGDM preferred5–10 years of experience in LAP / Mortgage sales with a Bank or NBFCStrong understanding of LAP product and local marketAbility to manage branch relationships and deliver sales targetsSkills Required
