JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Sales Target achievement - Achieving sales targets of given territory.
2. Collection - Collection of outstanding due from Institution Customers / DSA / Dealers.
3. DSA service - To attending to problems regarding Service, Invoice, etc.
4. Market feed back - Collecting market feed back & submit report.
5. Competitors activity - Monitoring competitor's activity, schemes and pricing.
6. Technical knowledge - To understand the basic operating principle of the product and ability to do simple assembly & dismantling of products.
7. Product visibility - Responsible for arranging product display at DSA / Dealer outlets, also to display POP materials.
8. Publicity - To arrange local ad publicity needed by the DSA / Dealers.
9. Network expansion - To appoint New DSA / Dealers. To conduct market survey to expand network and send reports.
10. Project visits - To Contact different Institutions (Hotels, Hospitals, Bungalows, Apartments / Serviced Apartments etc.) for Project Orders.
11. Consultant / Architect / Builder visits - To meet Consultants / Architects / Builders to introduce our Products & to create awareness. To generate enquiries & Leads.
12. End Customer visits - To visit end Customers as and when required for Sales / Technical / Collection.
13. Frequency of visits - To make 7 visits daily (DSA / Dealers / Project Sites etc.) as per the norms and Lead Management inputs. Local DSA / Dealer minimum once a week. To speak to the outstation DSA / Dealer regularly and follow up for new Orders and collection of payment.
14. Site Inspection (Solar & HP) - To visit Customer's site for site inspection & selection.
15. Estimation for the installation - To co-ordinate with GM - Sales (Solar & HP) - CMO to give estimation for the installation of product (HP & Solar).
