We are seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Sales Executive to join our India team and drive sales for outbound travel. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of international destinations and a proven track record in converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate and convert leads for international travel packages through online and offline channels
- Design customized travel itineraries and quotations for destinations such as Southeast Asia, Middle East, and more.
- Handle client queries efficiently via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain strong product knowledge about trending international destinations and travel regulations
- Negotiate with DMCs and service providers to ensure best prices and experiences
- Manage end-to-end booking processes including flights, hotels, visas, and activities
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound travel salesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of global destinations, travel trends, and DMC networksAbility to handle multiple clients and customized itinerary planningProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsBachelors degree in Travel & Tourism or a related fieldExperience working with premium clientele and FIT / group packagesWhat we offer :
