Job descriptionProvide end-to-end leadership for complex delivery programs across global clients, ensuring successful execution within time, scope, and budget. Drive strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multi-million-dollar programs across diverse domains and technologies. Act as the primary escalation point for delivery-related issues, with a strong focus on proactive risk management and mitigation. Lead large, cross-functional teams (onshore / offshore) and delivery managers; mentor and build a high-performing delivery organization. Collaborate closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, and Account Managers to support business growth and expansion opportunities. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and governance processes across programs. Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities for assigned accounts or programs. Foster strong client relationships with C-level stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the adoption of best practices across delivery teams. 18- 20+ years of IT services experience with a minimum of 10+ years in program / delivery management roles. Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale programs involving digital technologies, cloud, data, or application modernization. Experience managing multi-year engagements with Fortune 500 or global clients. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions at the executive level. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills. Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and hybrid delivery models. Financial and contractual acumen including P&L ownership and governance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / ITIL certifications are a plus. Experience working with global delivery models (onshore, offshore, nearshore). Lead strategic transformation and delivery initiatives across top-tier clients.
