We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong technical background and proven expertise in managing large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate would have started their career as a Developer and progressed through roles such as Team Lead, Delivery Manager , bringing both technical depth and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end program management across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance, leveraging prior hands-on development and delivery experience.
- Manage program risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Mentor and guide delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Requirements
15–18 years of IT industry experience with progressive growth from technical roles (Developer, Team Lead, Delivery Manager) into program management.Strong technical foundation with ability to engage in solution discussions.Demonstrated success in managing large and complex programs across multiple stakeholders.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.MBA / Management degree is a plus, but candidates must have a strong technical background .
