Build consensus among swimlane members in articulating swimlane goals that have strong relevance to organizational OKRs (Objectives & Key Results)

Orchestrate the execution of these goals through collaborative approach within and across multiple swimlanes (CFTs)

Identify and remove roadblocks that come in the way of execution without compromising on process / product / service quality

Identify gaps within established systems and processes and work towards improving the same

Raise timely alerts on Risks with detailed action plan on mitigating the same - The team's efficiency depends on your ability to identify risks on a day to day basis, look for mitigation and be a bridge with other functions on any impediments

Lead team efforts in improving execution Help the team become more productive and take responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective

Relentlessly focus on execution methods, teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves

As a program manager your success will be measured by your ability to anticipate risks / delays / challenges and pull in the right resources to mitigate the same

The Person -

Should have hands-on experience in managing complex projects or programs in a manufacturing / logistics / warehousing environment

Should have great control over execution of projects / initiatives at scale through CFT collaboration, timeline and workflow management, identifying risks, SAP knowledge etc.

Exposure to relevant tools for program management, JIRA knowledge is a plus

Should be a self-starter & a go-getter with high levels of ownership on closing things

Should have razor sharp focus in quantifying improvements and driving results through metrics

Proactive, responsive and keen on increasing the predictability of the system

B.E / B.Tech with a total experience of 7-11 yrs

MBA in Operations / SCM will be a definite plus but not mandatory

An ideal candidate would have prior experience of managing complex operational projects and has a fair understanding of how Agile teams work

Budget- Max - 2700000 LPA
