Job descriptionPlan, launch, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, traditional media, and event channels. Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue through targeted initiatives. Lead and evolve brand identity, messaging, and visual standards to ensure consistency across all channels and communications. Maintain strong brand positioning in the market through continuous evaluation and refinement. Collaborate closely with company leadership on long-term growth strategies including market expansion, partnerships, and product launches. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Encourage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams. Define KPIs and track performance of campaigns. Analyze marketing ROI and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and budget allocation. Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and emerging threats. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in marketing. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 4+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns. Strong command of digital marketing, brand development, and performance analytics. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams.
