Performance Marketing Manager

Job descriptionDevelop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and Google Ads. Plan and implement lead generation strategies targeting B2B audiences in the technology and IT services space. Create campaign structures, audience segmentation, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI. Build, test, and scale LinkedIn ad campaigns (Sponsored Content, InMail, Lead Gen Forms, Conversation Ads, etc.). Manage Meta Ads campaigns for awareness and engagement across relevant audiences. Collaborate with the design and content team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CAC, and ROI and present insights with actionable recommendations. Conduct A / B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Stay updated with the latest ad platform trends, bidding strategies, and algorithm changes. Manage campaign budgets, monthly reports, and marketing analytics dashboards. 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing. Proven track record managing and scaling LinkedIn Ads campaigns (mandatory). Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and retargeting strategies. Deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales funnels, and conversion tracking. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to plan and manage end-to-end campaign cycles from ideation to reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
