About the Role
As our Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager, you'll lead both influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives, helping scale meaningful partnerships, creative campaigns, and revenue-driven collaborations. Your expertise in platforms like Shopify Collabs, GoAffPro, and UpPromote will enable seamless management of influencer relations and affiliate networks.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Conceptualize and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers (across Instagram, YouTube, etc.) whose values align with the brand.
- Manage end-to-end influencer collaboration—from outreach and contracts to content review and performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and disclosure requirements.
Affiliate Marketing
Design and manage affiliate programs using GoAffPro, Shopify Collabs, and UpPromote—handling setup, customization, and integrations.Recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliate partners, offering support and incentive structures.Leverage both referral links and coupon codes for tracking and rewarding affiliate-driven conversions.Analyze affiliate performance (CPA, sales volume, ROI) and optimize programs for growth.Report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvements and scaling.Cross-Channel CollaborationWork closely with creative, social, paid media, and ecommerce teams to synchronize messaging across channels and campaigns.Coordinate content generation, briefs, and timelines with internal stakeholders.Required Qualifications & Skills
2–5 years of hands-on experience in both influencer and affiliate marketing.Proven proficiency with tools such as : Shopify Collabs, GoAffPro, UpPromote.Strong understanding of digital performance metrics (CPA, ROI, CAC, conversions).Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Familiarity with influencer compliance standards and e-commerce marketing trends.Experience in the Indian e-commerce or D2C market.
