Role profile :
Business Outcomes Adherence to the business plan for the Retail businesses. Take responsibility for building networks and strategic alliances with partners, clients, customers to drive business development, profitability and productivity of Retail business. Take responsibility for the developing new strategies and generating revenues from the untapped market. Activate Promotion Programs, Build Databases. Drive Distribution Objectives by adhering to Target segment / Market Reach and Penetration / Cross sell / Up sell. Build Product and Local Market Knowledge, Track Competition Activity and Practices. Coordinate the functioning of sales, Operations, Training and Service Personnel to ensure effective delivery of customer proposition.Risk, Process & Compliance Ensure adherence to IRDA regulation and Company Policy. Engage with various team members to prepare the monthly Review files and Dashboards for Internal & External reviewers Review all MIS reports on average productivity, number of POSP agents and takes corrective actions in case of variations.
