Position Overview

We’re looking for an

HR Generalist

to manage a wide range of HR operations and help us build a positive, high-performing work culture. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

— sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Maintain and update

employee records

and HR databases.

Manage

attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination

in collaboration with accounts.

Support in drafting and implementing

HR policies and procedures .

Conduct

employee engagement activities

to foster a positive work environment.

Handle

grievances and employee relations

with empathy and confidentiality.

Ensure

statutory compliance

(PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).

Prepare and share

HR reports

and dashboards as needed.

Assist management in

performance appraisal

and training coordination.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).

2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and recruitment processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software / tools.

Positive attitude, integrity, and a people-first approach.
