iCuerious is a Patent Research and Analytics Firm focused on extracting relevant insights to support innovators and techno-legal professionals. We help fine-tune research outcomes, support innovation cycles, identify risks from competitors’ protected technologies, and uncover opportunities from our clients' secured inventions.

Preferred Experience & Background

Key Responsibilities

Strategically manage hiring to ensure team balance across all business verticals (essential)

Implement and optimize HRMS for leave and time tracking

Streamline performance reviews and appraisal processes

Manage payroll and operational HR tasks

Foster a respectful, collaborative, and high-trust work environment (essential)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Engineering), and a Master’s or equivalent experience in Human Resources

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven work ethic, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn quickly

Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on your experience and alignment with the role.
