Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll Management :
- Oversee and process monthly payroll for 1000+ employees with 100% accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws.
- Manage salary structures, increments, arrears, and deductions efficiently.
- Employee Benefits & Claims :
- Administer group insurance policies and handle employee medical and accidental claims.
- Liaise with insurance providers and ensure timely settlement of claims.
- Maintain updated records of employee benefits and renewals.
- HR Operations & Compliance :
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and labor law requirements.
- Maintain employee master data, attendance records, and leave management systems.
- Prepare and submit HR-related MIS reports and statutory returns.
- Employee Relations :
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.
- Support senior management in maintaining a positive work culture.
- Recruitment & Onboarding :
- Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment for various departments.
- Oversee smooth onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Key Skills & Competencies :
In-depth knowledge of Payroll Management for large workforces.Strong understanding of Labor Laws , ESIC , PF , Bonus , and Gratuity Acts .Hands-on experience with HRMS / Payroll software .Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting skills.Ability to handle insurance, accidental, and medical claims independently.Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and Payroll (manufacturing or industrial sector preferred).Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software (Tally ERP, SAP HR, etc. preferred).Skills Required
