Job Description
Assist in recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
Support the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires
Maintain and update HR records , including employee files, contracts, letters, and HRMS data
Monitor attendance and manage leave records ; support accurate payroll inputs
Plan and execute employee engagement activities , such as wellness programs, celebrations, and feedback initiatives
Ensure compliance with HR policies and relevant labor laws and regulations
Assist with the performance management cycle, including appraisals, goal tracking, and review coordination
Act as a point of contact for daily employee queries and provide timely HR support
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR operations , labor laws , and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRMS tools
Highly organized , detail-oriented , and possesses a proactive attitude
Requirements
Proven experience leading content strategy and publishing across blogs, landing pages, emailers, product pages, and video scripts. Strong editing and writing skills with a focus on compelling, creative, and conversion-driven copy. Deep understanding of medical accuracy and compliance with FDA / Health Canada regulations. Ability to maintain brand voice across all content formats and channels. Expertise in scriptwriting for videos (product demos, social reels, YouTube, educational). Solid grasp of SEO best practices and Google AI Overviews optimization. Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Jasper, SurferSEO, and Google AI for content research and creation. Experience developing and managing a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, marketers, and medical reviewers. Analytical mindset with the ability to track content performance (rankings, engagement, conversions) and make data-driven improvements. Up-to-date with the latest trends in SEO, Google algorithm updates, AI tools, and supplement industry compliance.
