Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage budgets and financial targets, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Lead and mentor department heads to achieve operational excellence.
- Analyze guest feedback and implement strategies to improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to boost occupancy rates and overall revenue.
- Monitor inventory and supply chain management for smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications
