To scale this mission, we’re hiring for the Founder’s Office – Business Strategy & Operations role — a high-impact position where you’ll operate as the Founder’s strategic shadow, helping drive growth, structure, and execution. This isn’t a fixed function role. It’s strategy + execution + systems building + chaos management + growth ops all rolled into one.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new growth : identify, design, and launch new departments, business lines, and 0→1 projects.
• Conduct market research & analysis to fuel expansion opportunities.
• ⚙️ Build scalable systems, SOPs, and reporting frameworks to reduce bottlenecks.
• Improve efficiency by 30–50%+ through automation and process design.
• Act as the right hand of the Founder in meetings, decisions, and communications.
• ✅ Track actionables, prepare briefs, and ensure follow-through with near-zero misses.
• ️ Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Marketing, Ops, Finance, and People.
• ⏱️ Ensure 90%+ on-time project delivery with clear accountability.
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion and maturity.
• Strengthen GAJAB’s reputation & PR by representing the company professionally.
