Function : Founder’s office, strategy & operations
Reporting to : Founder & CEO
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 5–10 years
Education : Strong academic pedigree preferred; focus on consulting and strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Strategic Planning & Execution
Provide direct advisory support to CEO on key strategic and tactical decisions
Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement the company’s strategic vision
Conduct comprehensive research and prepare executive briefing materials for critical business decisions
Anticipate firm needs and remove obstacles to executive productivity and effectiveness
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement across the organization
Cross-Functional Responsibilities
Take ownership of cross-functional projects
Understand inter-department needs and proactively resolve blockers
Design forums to drive cross-functional initiatives and effective decision making
Project Management
Design and implement company-wide OKR framework ensuring alignment across all business verticals
Track progress and provide regular performance updates to executive leadership
Develop executive dashboards for monitoring critical business metrics and key performance indicators
Ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives by coordinating with various departments
Organizational Development
Lead organizational structure planning to support growth objectives
Identify critical hiring needs based on business priorities and support hiring process
Help craft the company’s narrative and communication across all internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS :
Education & Professional Qualifications
5-10 years professional experience with minimum 2-3 years in strategic roles at management consulting firms and Series A-C startups in a Founder’s office role
Bachelor's degree from Tier-1 Indian institution
MBA from premier institution strongly preferred
Core Technical Competencies
Advanced analytical skills including financial modelling, business case development, and strategic framework building
Executive communication capability with proven ability to draft board materials, investor updates, and strategic memos for C-level audience
Cross-functional project management with experience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple departments and external stakeholders
Process design expertise demonstrated through building organizational systems, governance frameworks, or operational processes from scratch
Stakeholder influence with track record of driving results through relationship-building rather than hierarchical authority
