Job Description
Key Responsibilities : -
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the commercial building segment.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including project leads and tender opportunities.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support.
5. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements : -
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pump industry or commercial building segment.
3. Strong knowledge of pumps and pumping systems, including application, selection, and specification.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
