Role & responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, tech, support) and external clients
- Handle customer communications, escalations, and issue resolution
- Track and report operational and team performance metrics
- Support HR operations including basic admin
- Monitor SLA adherence and ensure continuous process improvement
- Report directly to senior leadership
