Sales Strategy & Planning :

Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to meet sales targets and expand market reach.

Team Leadership & Development :

Lead, motivate, and coach a team of real estate sales agents to ensure high performance and achievement of individual and team sales goals.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, and potential business partners.

Market Analysis :

Monitor and analyse real estate market trends, competitor activities, and supply and demand to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Sales & Contract Management :

Oversee the preparation of sales documentation, contracts, and negotiations to ensure all transactions are finalised efficiently and in compliance with regulations.

Performance Monitoring :

Analyse sales data and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management to provide insights into sales performance and inform future strategies.

Compliance :

Ensure that all real estate sales activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents and contracts. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws. Manage and organize legal documents, maintaining up-to-date records. Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding legal matters. Support the legal team in case management and trial preparation. Facilitate and monitor the execution and proper filing of legal documents. Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all legal deadlines are met. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a legal support role within the real estate industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of real estate legal processes and documentation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Proficient in using legal research tools and office software.
