Job Title : Director – Sales (CRM & IT Services, US Market)
Location : Bangalore, India
Role Overview
Lead new business acquisition and revenue growth for CRM and broader IT services in the US market. Drive go-to-market strategies, engage CXO-level stakeholders, and close high-value enterprise deals across Cloud, Infrastructure, AI / Analytics, Security, and Digital Transformation portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition : Secure new enterprise logos in the US market, identifying, qualifying, and closing multi-million-dollar opportunities.
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Define and execute market positioning, value propositions, and sales approaches to maximize reach and impact.
- CXO Engagement : Build and maintain trusted relationships with CXO / VP-level executives through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
- Sales Planning & Revenue Growth : Own quarterly and annual sales targets; develop sales plans to deliver predictable, profitable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with delivery, presales, and solution teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.15+ years of IT services sales experience, including 7+ years focused on the US market.Proven track record of new logo acquisition and closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.Strong knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure, AI / Analytics, CRM, Security, and Digital Transformation services.Demonstrated ability to build CXO / VP-level relationships and influence decision-makers.Expertise in creating and executing competitive go-to-market strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
