Key Responsibilities :
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide product and service information to customers accurately and effectively
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and market trends
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Graduation in any discipline is mandatoryMinimum 2+ years of experience in International B2B Inside SalesStrong experience in outbound calling and lead generationExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishComfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentMust be an immediate joiner or available to join within a short noticeSkills Required
