Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling and outbound sales activities
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Provide product and service information to customers accurately and effectively
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and market trends

Required Qualifications and Experience :

  • Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in International B2B Inside Sales
  • Strong experience in outbound calling and lead generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Must be an immediate joiner or available to join within a short notice
