Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls and emails to international leads (B2B and B2C) to promote products or services.
- Understand customer requirements and offer tailored product solutions.
- Generate interest, follow up on prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate sales records in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Build long-term relationships with B2B clients and maintain a healthy customer pipeline.
- Achieve and exceed sales KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue targets).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns.
Candidate Profile :
Education : Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc., etc.).Experience : 0–3 years in international sales, telesales, inside sales, or business development.Communication Skills :Fluent spoken and written English.Confident and persuasive with a neutral or international accent.Sales Skills :Basic understanding of sales funnel , cold calling , and lead nurturing .Ability to handle objections and close deals.Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.Previous experience selling SaaS, IT, EdTech, Travel, or E-commerce products internationally.Understanding of international market trends and buyer behavior.Skills Required
