We're hiring an HR Administrator to support our HR Operations team. This is a fast paced, detail oriented role supporting employees across 19 countries, with the majority based in the UK.
You'll manage sensitive people data, support onboarding processes, and ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant.
Key responsibilities include :
- Maintaining and updating employee data on our HR system (HRIS) with precision and confidentiality
- Supporting onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks, issuing contracts, and coordinating induction plans
- Administering compensation and benefits data, liaising with suppliers and internal teams
- Following checklist-based processes and ensuring compliance with UK employment standards
- Uploading content to our L&D platform and supporting recruitment administration
- Providing proactive support to managers, employees, and external providers across multiple locations
About You
You will have :
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related fieldProven ability to manage sensitive data accurately and securelyStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and OutlookExperience working with HR systems or databases (HRIS)A clear understanding of process driven work and the importance of complianceExcellent attention to detailStrong communication skills and a professional approach to internal and external interactionsA genuine interest in developing a career in HR and supporting a global workforceYou'll also bring :
