Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with recruitment agencies and networks.
Employee Relations :
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and inquiries.Manage disciplinary matters, including investigations, and enforce company policies and procedures.Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.Training and Development :
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Identify and address skills gaps within the organization.Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing support.Compensation and Benefits :
Administer and update the company's compensation and benefits programs.Conduct salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.Address compensation-related queries and issues.HR Policies and Compliance :
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Stay updated with labour laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.Understanding and implementation of POSH regulations.Performance Management :
Oversee the performance appraisal process.Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.Employee Engagement :
Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and events.Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.High level of discretion and integrity.Certification in HR (e.g, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.(ref : iimjobs.com)
