 Spearheaded direct supply chains for key e-commerce accounts such as Blinkit and Big Basket, improving delivery efficiency.

 Established inventory tracking systems for major platforms like Amazon, Swiggy, Blinkit, Big Basket, and Zepto, ensuring weekly accuracy and compliance.

 Business development and revenue maximization

 Strategic planning and cross-functional team leadership

 Process automation and logistics management

 Digital marketing and ecommerce operations
