Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and grow our business on Flipkart, Amazon and other marketplaces. This role combines key account management with E-commerce expertise to drive sales, profitability, and brand visibility.

Key Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBP) and sales targets with Flipkart, Amazon & Myntra.

  • Plan and execute ads across platforms (PLA, display, retargeting, Amazon Ads, etc.) to optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Monitor daily sales, ad performance, and key metrics; implement corrective actions to stay on target.
  • Drive participation in platform-led events (Big Billion Days, GOAT Sale, etc.) and maximize campaign outcomes.
  • Negotiate pricing, margins, and promo plans to unlock mutual value with marketplace partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, catalog / content, supply chain, ops) to ensure flawless execution.
  • Analyze assortment, pricing, consumer trends, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Share insights and learnings with leadership, stay updated on platform policies, algorithms, and new ad 3-5 years' experience in e-commerce account management & performance marketing for a D2C brand (5 Cr+ monthly revenue preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Flipkart & Amazon Ads, event campaigns, and budget management.
  • Excellent analytical skills (Excel, GA4, Google Data Studio, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • High ownership, multitasking ability, and thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Bonus) Experience with Shopify, Unicommerce, affiliate / influencer collaborations, or baby / personal care brands.
