Role Overview :

You will own the end-to-end P&L for all marketplace platforms and driving monthly sales targets with a strong focus on performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Strategy and Execution :

  • Lead the strategy and execution across all platforms to achieve sales and business goals.
  • Set measurable goals and KPIs to track the performance of e-commerce initiatives and provide key insights to leadership for continuous improvements.

2) Catalog and Inventory Management :

  • Manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, catalog accuracy, images, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
  • Build and optimize fulfillment operations and inventory levels across marketplaces and quick commerce.

    • 3) Data Analysis and Reporting :

  • Use analytics tools to track key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, CAC and ROI across platforms
  • Implement data-driven decision-making and technology to enhance visibility and performance.

    • 4) Team and Stakeholder Management :

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders like supply chain, brand and finance to ensure seamless execution, stock availability, and timely product uploads.
  • Define hiring needs, recruit top talent, and develop training programs for results driven work environment.

    • Key Qualifications :

  • 3-6 years of experience preferably in an e-commerce, or quick commerce environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L and cost optimization.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
